Our commitment
Arteconfort is fully committed to operating to the highest ethical standards. The Arteconfort Code of Conduct sets out our personal and shared responsibilities to meet these strict ethical standards and helps to promote a culture where transparency, honesty and fairness are the norm.
It contains our commitment to comply with anti-bribery and corruption laws and to compete fairly and not tolerate any form of modern slavery. It is underpinned by a set of five core integrity policies (anti-bribery and corruption, whistleblowing, fair competition, sanctions and preventing the facilitation of tax evasion), which set out the vision for how we want to behave and comply with applicable laws and regulations across the Group.
We want you to feel comfortable approaching your supervisor or management in situations where you believe violations of policies or standards have occurred.
If, in certain situations, you prefer to report anonymously, we encourage you to use this Hotline, which is hosted by Factorial, a third-party hotline service provider. We encourage you to report any violations as defined in our Code of Conduct, as well as to seek guidance on policies and procedures, and to share suggestions and positive stories.
Factorial will send us the information you provide in a completely confidential and anonymous way, if you request it. We guarantee that we will take your comments into account.
Once you have completed your report, you will be assigned a unique code called a ‘report key’. Write down your report key and password, and keep them in a safe place. After 5-6 working days use your report key and password to check your report for comments or questions.

- Action and sanctions will be taken as stipulated in the applicable legislation against those who make false allegations or who attempt to damage the reputation of the company or its employees.
