Operatings mode

Mode 1 When the battery capacity is above 30%, it will go from 20lm in idle state to 500lm when it detects presence. If the battery capacity is less than 30%, it will go from 0lm at idle to 500lm when it detects presence.
Mode 2 Operates at 500lm until the battery is almost depleted at which point it will switch to sensor mode.
