    If the light on your fan does not turn on, check that you have installed the fan according to the steps in the instruction manual and that all electrical connections are connected correctly. To do this, you can buy the spare part in the shop where you bought it, or in another shop of the same chain.

    If the fan blades do not rotate, check that you have installed the fan according to the steps in the instruction manual and that all electrical connections are connected correctly.

    In the event that the installation is correct and the fan light comes on when you operate it with the remote control, you will need to replace the controller. To do this, you can buy the replacement part in the shop where you bought it, or in another shop of the same chain.

    Follow the instruction manual to learn how to synchronise the remote control with your fan. If you do not have the manual, you can download it from the product page of our website. Go to the section "Products > Air conditioning > Ceiling fans" and select your model, then click on the button "Instructions".

    IMPORTANT: In case your fan is a retractable blade model, you have to press and hold the button to synchronise until you hear the beep and the light flashes.

    Our ceiling fans with remote control work by radio frequency. They all use 433MHz frequency except some models that work at 2.4GHz.

    If you do not notice the airflow when you stand under your ceiling fan while it is on, there may be several reasons for this:

    • The fan is running in winter mode. More information about this function and how to deactivate it can be found in the article on our website, click here to read it.

    • The size of the fan is not suitable for the size of your room (either too large or too small).

    • Nearby objects obstruct proper airflow circulation.
